Try before you buy

OTDeck Free has all three protocols and never expires, so you can check that it works with your brokers, PLCs and OPC UA servers before paying.

14-day refunds

If OTDeck Pro or Team does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a purchase or renewal and you get the full amount back, no questions asked. Write to [email protected] or reply to your Polar receipt. The licence key of a refunded purchase is revoked and the app falls back to Free.

Refunds are processed by Polar, our reseller and merchant of record, to your original payment method. Polar's buyer terms apply.

Cancelling a Team subscription

You can cancel at any time from the link in your Polar receipt or the customer portal. The seats stay active until the end of the period you paid for.
